Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order. No minimum, no surprise charges at checkout.

Processing time

Most orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours. During peak season (November–December), please allow 24–48 hours for processing.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Christmas delivery cutoff

The countdown begins December 1st. To receive your calendar in time, please order by November 15. Orders placed after this date may not arrive before the countdown starts, and we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery.

Customs and duties

For international orders, any customs fees, import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed once your order dispatches. If tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days, contact us at [hello@puffmas.com] and we'll investigate.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days of dispatch, email us and we'll either replace it or refund you in full.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute parcels once dispatched, and we can't refund orders lost due to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
